I think im speaking for a lot of people that we all want iv resets

It is good to have iv reset and they have told that they will think over it so they mean that they will eventually add it so it's good if we can tell any ideas on how to implement and go about iv reset rather than stating that we want it

No, first it was Sync chance now IV resets lol will be no point farming anything in this game, might aswell turn it into a PVP server and just give us max level IV/EV pokes
I must vote #no personally. If it is added then encounter rate should be much harder. Especially when game is new as this one is and there aren't over 300 pokes in games with iv resets it would be just similar to Pokemon Showdwon i feel like but with limited Pokémon's. Mybe in future but at the moment no from me.
