After downloading from the link above, you have to extract the file.
Plenty of guides on the internet how to extract files. Since it's different for every Operating System and Device, it might be easier to look it up yourself.
On Android it extracts automatically (if you give it permission).
On Windows, you have to right click the file & choose extract.
On iOS, there's a guide on the discord under #ios-related-announcements. The following video should explain how using sideloady: https://youtu.be/2FT8ZRqyM7g
On Mac, it's supposed to work if you double click the .zip file.
